Congresswoman Nita Lowey will join the panel at “Kids & Gun Safety: Accidental Shooting, Suicide and Violence Prevention” on May 14 in Armonk.

At this important, free community event, you’ll hear from experts about the dangers to children of unlocked guns in the home, learn about New York’s proposed Child Access Prevention/Safe Storage Act–A8293, also known as Nicholas’s Bill–plus  see a special screening of Diane Sawyer’s 20/20 report, “Young Guns.”

The event will be held at the North Castle Library, from 7 pm – 9 pm (check-in at 6:30 pm).
