Don’t let the NRA-backed Congress override New York’s strong, sensible gun laws.
Concealed Carry Reciprocity (CCR) bills–H.R. 38 and S. 446–would override the strong, sensible gun laws that New Yorkers have fought for and that have helped reduce gun deaths and injuries in our state.
Because many states have weak gun laws, CCR would allow dangerous individuals with criminal records to freely carry their hidden, loaded weapons into New York communities and public spaces.
